Algunos mitos que el cine ha creado sobre el Titanic

No sé si sea buena idea mirar a una película sobre una tragedia de un modo de transporte mientras estás viajando, incluso si estás en un modo de transporte muy distinta, pero es lo que hice yo. Estaba volando desde Londres hasta Oakland cuando vi la película, Titanic y recuerdo que la disfruté y que también sació perfectamente mi curiosidad morbosa. Creo que ese sentimiento es exactamente lo que el director, James Camerón había esperado de su audiencia.

El cerebro nunca deja de cambiar

Para mí, este informe plantea un dilema personal. Aunque me gusta enterarme que el cerebro puede seguir funcionando más o menos lo mismo toda la vida, ese descubrimiento me roba de la excusa conveniente de tener una edad demasiado avanzada cuando tengo problemas en aprender una aplicación nueva de tecnología o recordar palabras nuevas en otra lengua. Por eso, no estoy segura de que quiero que Mario Sigan desacredite el mito que los niños aprenden lenguas más fácilmente que los adultos.El…
