Para una persona que sólo tiene treinta y nueve años, parece que Amaryllis Fox ha vivido una vida bastante increíble (tal vez varias vidas).  Y como el autor del artículo alude a, en el caso de las hazañas de la Sra. No creo que las remolachas sean un vegetal en el que haya pensado mucho.  No es que no me gusten, es sólo que no los como a menos que estén en comida que ya está preparada (como una ensalada).  Nunca recuerdo comerlos a menudo de niña.  A veces mi padre los agregaba a nuestra ensaladas griega, pero dudo que él o (mi madre) los haya cocinado.  Me imagino que usaron remolacha de una lata.  Recuerdo una vez cuando yo estaba en casa de una amiga, su madre hizo Borscht (una sopa de Europa…
